useknot.io carries no advertising pixels and no third-party ad networks. Nothing here follows you to other websites or builds a profile to sell. What the site does hold is listed below, in full.

• Usage analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity on the public site to see which pages are read and where people get stuck. It records page views, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and it sets two cookies in your browser so a visit is not counted twice. It is used to improve the site and nothing else. It does not run on the client portal.
• Enquiries and applications. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, your business name, your sector, the contact details you choose to give us and your message. A Founding 10 application also asks for your role, website, the workflow you want to improve and the tools used today. It is emailed straight to us and answered by a person. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not passed to anyone selling anything.
• Your light or dark choice. Stored in your own browser so the site remembers it. It never reaches our servers, it identifies nobody, and clearing your browser data removes it.
• Client sign-in. If you are an existing client signing in to your portal, a session cookie keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the portal to work and it is set only after you sign in, never on the public pages.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Enquiries reach us through a small number of named service providers, each acting on our instructions:

• Microsoft (Clarity) provides the usage analytics described above.
• Resend delivers the enquiry form as an email to us.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• Supabase holds client portal accounts and the data inside a client's own workspace.
• Meta (WhatsApp) carries messages if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp. Those messages are subject to WhatsApp's own terms as well as this notice.

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful, and are deleted on request. Client workspace data is kept for the life of the agreement and deleted or returned within 30 days of it ending, unless we are required to retain it.

When knot runs an agent for a client, that client's customer data belongs to the client, not to knot. We process it only to run the service they have asked us to run. We do not use one client's data to serve another, and we do not use it to train third-party models.

The portal demonstrations on this site run on invented sample data. The names, numbers, properties, vehicles and conversations shown in them are fictional. They are not real customers and no real customer data appears anywhere on the public site.
