An agent can only answer what it can see.
When your systems do not talk to each other, every answer needs a human to go and assemble it. knot connects to the systems you already run and answers from all of them at once, so the customer gets one answer instead of a callback. What the agent saw is visible to you in one place, which is a by-product of the work rather than another dashboard to maintain.
Answering one question means opening four different screens.
The job is in the operations system, the invoice is in the accounting one, the conversation is on WhatsApp and the schedule is in someone's head. A customer asks a simple question, and answering it honestly takes a person twenty minutes and three logins.
Answer across systems
Pulls the job, the schedule and the account together to answer one question that no single system could answer alone.
Read your operations system
Connects to what you already run rather than asking your team to move into something new.
Say when it does not know
Tells the customer it is checking and escalates, instead of answering confidently from stale or partial data.
Show its working
Every answer shows which system it came from and when that system was last read, so a wrong answer is traceable.
Keep one trail
The conversation, the lookup and the outcome sit in one record, rather than split across the four tools it touched.
The same mechanism, in your trade's own words.
Two businesses in the same sector run the same software with different data in it. What changes between trades is the vocabulary, the rules and the agent's name.
- banking_finance.teamVera
Banking & finance
Vera answers where an application has reached without a person opening the case system to look.
See the team - automotive.teamOtto
Automotive
Otto tells a customer where their car actually is, read from the job sheet rather than guessed from the last update.
See the team - real_estate.teamDext
Real estate
Dext answers on a property using the listing, the calendar and the CRM together, across Property Finder and Bayut.

- Is this a reporting or BI product?
- No, and this is the line we hold. If what you want is your accounting platforms joined together so you can look at metrics, that is a data project with no customer conversation in it, and it is a different product from knot. We would scope and price it separately or tell you we are the wrong people. What we do here is let the agent answer a customer from more than one system.
- Do we have to replace our current systems?
- No. Replacing them is the version of this that never finishes. knot reads what you already run, and your team keeps working where they work today.
- What if a system is out of date or offline?
- The agent says so rather than answering anyway. Every answer carries which system it came from and when it was last read, because a confident wrong answer to a customer is worse than a short delay.
